Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Envision Specialty Eyecare & Dry Eye Center, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible care. To ensure we can accommodate all patients and minimize disruptions to our schedule, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and no-shows:

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients in need of care.
Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be billed to your account.
No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will be billed to your account.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
