At EnVision Dry Eye Center, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible care. To ensure we can accommodate all patients and minimize disruptions to our schedule, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and no-shows:

• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients in need of care.
• Less than 48 Hours' Notice: A $50 fee will be billed to your account.
  
• Same-Day Changes: A $100 fee applies if you change or cancel the appointment on the scheduled day.
• No-Show: A $100 fee applies if you miss the appointment without any notice.
• Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
